Will has extensive experience representing clients who have suffered serious harm. From rear-end collisions to wrongful deaths, Will handles a wide variety of personal injury cases. Will also helps clients with probate and estate planning matters and represents criminal defendants in both felony and misdemeanor cases.
Will grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Cathedral High School. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Indiana University (Bloomington) in 1998 and 2003, respectively. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, as well as in the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana, and in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Will initially practiced in Indianapolis and primarily represented physicians and other healthcare providers at Hoover Hull LLP and Schultz & Pogue LLP. Will has since returned to Bloomington where he focuses his practice on personal injury claims, probate and estate planning, and criminal defense. Among other professional memberships, Will is a member of the Monroe County and Indiana State Bar Associations, as well as the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
Will was recognized by Super Lawyers for its 2013, 2014 and 2015 listing. Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is a rigorous and multi-phased process that includes independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on twelve indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Will was named to the Rising Stars list, an honor awarded to only 2.5 percent of Indiana attorneys.
Will is an active volunteer for the District 10 Pro Bono Project and Indiana University's Protective Order Project. Will also serves as a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters and Pets Alive.
Ron has represented clients in southern Indiana for over forty years. He has handled hundreds of jury trials in criminal and civil cases ranging from murder to personal injuries. Ron has successfully defended all levels of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, including murder, homicide, burglary, robbery, rape, sexual and physical abuse, battery, drug cases and OWI. He has also served as a lecturer at the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University and as general counsel for numerous municipalities and school corporations.
Ron grew up in Anderson and graduated from Madison Heights High School. He earned his undergraduate from Rose Hulman in 1965 and his law degree from Indiana University (Bloomington) in 1971. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, as well as in the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
